RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Squishy World and Toys! Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and business, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting an item.

NO CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please carefully review your order, shipping information, and payment information before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered and in the condition expected. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact Squishy World and Toys within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after the carrier-confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for review.

Approved claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. We may need additional photographs or information to process your claim.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

We will do our best to assist with shipping issues when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

ADDRESS ERRORS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Squishy World and Toys is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
